Practice Lead - Recruitment - Executive Firm (7-10 yrs)

Growth360 is a boutique HR Consulting and Executive Search firm. Our forte lies in connecting talent with right opportunities and going much beyond traditional keywords to CV matches or using job boards. We believe in finding passive and nontraditional talent at the table.

We are currently looking for a Practice Lead (Internal role) to work with us. Our office is in Gurgaon and we would prefer Gurgaon-based candidates.

We are looking for an MBA with a zest to take on something more entrepreneurial yet not risk the comforts of fixed pay. However, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company versus an employee mindset.

To qualify you must have the following:

- Recruitment experience of minimum 7 years (mid / senior-level hiring we don't work on volume hiring or bulk so that will be a complete no)

- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)

- Build, lead and mentor a team of recruiters and researches

- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD

- Expertise of working in different industries especially startups

- Responsible for P&L of the business line and take it to success

- Build and grow existing clients and build new clients

- Ability to deal with CXO level clients and candidates
