Job Description and Key responsibilities:

- Strategic User Growth: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design, test, and scale effective campaigns that attract and retain users.

- Performance Analysis: Dive deep into campaign performance metrics, identify challenges, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize results.

- Detail-Oriented Management: Oversee daily operations, including show performances, campaign effectiveness, budget management, and alignment with strategic goals.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with directors and local teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination, maintaining a daily overlap of 3-4 hours with market/country teams.

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in growth management, category management, or related fields

- Proven background in data analysis and problem-solving

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams

- Preferred background from IIT/IIM or similar institutions

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Languages Known: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and optionally Bengali is an added opportunity
