Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a proven track record in designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, and integrations, with the ability to lead technical teams and align solutions with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture Design :
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM,HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
- Develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders.
Implementation & Integration :
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
- Ensure successful integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP,CRM, third-party applications).
- Manage and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase.
Governance & Best Practices :
- Establish and enforce governance around ServiceNow platform usage, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring solutions are well- documented and aligned with architectural principles.
- Perform regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it remains optimized and scalable.
Stakeholder Management :
- Engage with key business and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment between IT and business strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow can address business challenges.
Technical Skills :
- Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, and other IT service management frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide),configuration, and customization.
- Expertise in ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and enterprise architecture.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Experience Requirements :
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 2-3 years as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
- Comprehensive experience across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
Certifications :
Mandatory :
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- ITSM, HRSD, GRC
Preferred :
- ITBM, SecOps, Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR)
