We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 8-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing scalable applications using Python. You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong technical foundation, a passion for coding, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python applications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve software development processes

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

- Implement security and data protection best practices in all software development efforts

Skills and Qualifications :

- 8-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python

- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

- Experience with RESTful API design and development

- Proficient in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and experience with ORM libraries

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
