Role : RPA Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to support the migration of BOTs from UI Path/Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA.

The developer will reverse-engineer existing RPA BOTs, identify changes required for compatibility with ServiceNow RPA, and create the training data needed for an LLM-based GenAI solution. This role demands in-depth knowledge of RPA frameworks and XML processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and reverse-engineer source RPA BOTs developed in UiPath/Automation Anywhere.

- Identify functional components and map them to equivalent ServiceNow RPA components.

- Design and implement conversion logic for transforming source XML files into ServiceNow RPA-compatible XML Work with LLM Engineer to incorporate this as a part of LLM Training.

Collaborate with the LLM Engineer to curate and create training datasets for fine-tuning LLM algorithms.

- Validate the accuracy of LLM-converted BOTs and provide feedback for iterative improvements.

- Develop scripts or utilities to automate parts of the XML transformation process.

- Maintain detailed documentation of conversion logic, RPA components, and training datasets.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and validation processes.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms, especially UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow RPA.

- Strong expertise in XML parsing, modification, and validation.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript Python, Java, or C#.

- Familiarity with automation workflows and RPA design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in migrating RPA BOTs across platforms.

- Experience with generating structured datasets for machine learning applications.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow RPA architecture and XML schema.

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and collaborative development with AI teams.

- Strong understanding of version control systems and DevOps practices.
