We are looking for a Marketing Field Officer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. As a Marketing Field Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our aqua feed products, specifically shrimp feed and fish feed, to potential customers. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the aqua feed or agriculture industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell our aqua feed products, including shrimp feed and fish feed, to potential customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify target customers and their needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales agreements.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Must be proficient in MS Office, email communication, and have good written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required
The position is responsible for seeking out new prospects, targeting and convincing potential customers, addressing customer issues, conducting market research, assisting with workshops and promotional events, creating feed forecasts, coordinating with the supply chain, submitting weekly reports, and attending technical training.
