Two Wheeler Rider Hiring Executive (Logistics)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Hub Incharges to understand the need & hiring requirements
• Visit hiring requirement cluster to generate leads of potential candidates & convince them to join Blitz
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring Hub incharges and candidates.
• Attend job fairs, local markets & logistic stores to attract candidates
• Follow up calling with candidates for joining & retention

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal communication skills both remotely and face-to-face.
• Should have minimum 6 month experience in Field Sourcing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in job posting & candidate sourcing portals and other recruitment software.
