Job Description:
Group Manager - Contract Management and PMO Contract Management:
- Managing end to end contract lifecycle
- Drafting of change control notes as per agreement with client
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance etc.) and review change control notes.
- Work closely with Client Relationship Manager for execution of change control notes
- Tracking and maintain repository of contract documents (MSA, SOW, CCNs etc.
- Work with internal teams to ensure actions from crucial client meetings are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
- Work closely with Senior Leadership Team and assist on contract and commercial discussions and negotiations PMO.
Client billing - Monthly invoices:
- Raise invoices based on agreed FTE numbers and UTP volume processed
- Resolve any queries of client related to invoices and chase for payment.
- Work with Client Relationship Manager to get PO details for invoicing.
- Prepare monthly revenue forecast and highlight any variance to Leadership team.
- Prepare monthly headcount forecast and highlight any variance to Leadership team.
- Ensure correct tagging of headcount in payroll system.
- Manage governance cadences with client.
