Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Python (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an AI Engineer who is equally fluent in Python and "Trader-ese"-someone who understands OI, IV, Greeks, and the nuances of options trading. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling AI-driven financial content systems while ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop & scale AI-powered content automation for daily F&O market insights (50+ videos/articles per day).

- Optimize latency & performance for real-time financial content generation, meeting HFT-level speed standards.

- Implement and fine-tune GPT-4, RunwayML, and AWS SageMaker to transform options chain data into engaging visual and textual content.

- Engineer AI-driven social virality to grow content reach from 0 - 1M+ followers.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations for AI-generated financial media.

- Work cross-functionally with quant traders, content strategists, and social media growth experts.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 3+ years experience in productionizing multi-modal AI systems.

- Deep knowledge of quantitative finance-understands how traders consume and react to financial content.

- Hands-on expertise in AI-driven content automation (e.g. , transforming options data into videos/articles).

- Track record of scaling social media growth via AI-driven content optimization.

- Proven experience with real-time, low-latency AI systems (preferably in trading or finance).

- Experience with SEBI-compliant AI systems is a significant plus.

- Mindset of a quant trader: Thinks of content virality like market volatility and optimizes engagement like gamma exposure.
