As a Finance expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting,
compliance with relevant tax laws, and continuous process improvements. This position is
ideal for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in
management accounting, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is
committed to driving results.
Responsibilities:
Controlling:
● Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
● Oversee the monthly financial closing process, ensuring proper recording of revenues and
expenses, reviewing journal entries, and preparing account reconciliations.
● Collaborate with budget owners and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate financial
reporting, including monthly management reports and annual statements.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations across all group entities.
● Oversee statutory, internal, and other audits to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
● Analyze the impact of statutory accounting practices and apply Generally Accepted
Accounting Principles (GAAP) correctly.
Compliance:
● Ensure adherence to internal control policies.
● Work closely with external auditors to achieve successful audit outcomes and maintain
compliance with regulations.
Process Improvement:
● Assist in developing and refining accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
● Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounting, Finance, and
Compliance functions.
● Continuously improve system efficiencies and business practices.
● Participate in strategic financial projects, including system upgrades and enhancements.
● Foster strong internal communication and a positive work environment throughout the
organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting,
including management or supervisory roles.
● In-depth knowledge of Indian GAAP and corporate taxation (direct and indirect).
● Strong presentation and computational skills.
● Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements with keen attention to detail.
● Ownership mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving
results.
● Integrity, credibility, and a deep commitment to the organization's mission.
