Role and responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Stakeholder Management
Design, implement and support various HR initiatives
Enhancing employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle
Be an active team champ to magnify the employer branding for all internal customers
Strong focus on employee connects and developing engagement strategies along with business
managers - key aspects include retention, career progression and improving workforce morale
Conducting different employee connect sessions like one-on-ones, Skip meetings, leadership
connects, focus group discussions and similar other connects
Managing employee reward and recognition programs
Ensure compliance of all policies and processes, and manage disciplinary concerns
Employee grievance handling
Promote a fun culture
Skills Competencies:
Very good written and spoken communication skills (English)
Proactive approach
Was responsible for a span of 300+ employees as an HRBP
Ability to work in a highly challenging and dynamic work environment
Able to translate business strategies/priorities/goals into people strategies/priorities/goals
Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills that enable individuals to leverage data to create HR strategies
that support and drive business results
Education and Technical Proficiency
MBA/PGDM with specialization in a related field
High proficiency level in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) / Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
