Role Overview
We seek a highly skilled team leader in customer experience who has a strong focus on data analytics and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing, managing, and analyzing customer-related surveys like NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). This role demands an analytical thinker who can distill complex data into actionable strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and align with company objectives.
  • Voice of the Customer: Utilize advanced data collection methods, such as surveys and analytics tools, to capture detailed customer insights.
  • Survey Design and Analysis: Spearheaded the design and analysis of NPS/CSAT surveys, interpreting data to derive actionable insights that drive customer loyalty.
  • Data Analytics: Apply advanced data analytics techniques to complex datasets to support strategic decisions across the customer lifecycle.
  • Data Source Identification: Proactively seek new data sources both internally and externally to enhance analytic capabilities.
  • Customer Health Programs: Design and implement data-driven programs to monitor and improve customer health metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage customer feedback and analytics to continuously improve service delivery across all touchpoints.
Required Skills & Tools:
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools, MS Office(Advanced excel) and CRM systems.
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills, particularly in survey analysis and data interpretation.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
