Job Description
Job Overview
As Associate Functional Consultant, you ll play a pivotal role in gathering, validating, and
managing the client data required for implementing our SaaS-based HR and Payroll solutions.
This role involves direct client interaction to facilitate data submission, collaborative efforts with
internal teams, and proactive problem-solving to ensure that non-feasible items are effectively
managed with workarounds or escalations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Data Collection Communication
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all data requirements for
HR and Payroll implementations.
o Guide clients in data preparation and submission, offering resources and ongoing
support to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
o Verify client data submissions, ensuring alignment with the application s
requirements for a smooth implementation process.
2. Data Verification Cross-Department Coordination
o Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, relaying verified data and
addressing any data discrepancies.
o Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure that data-related queries
or adjustments are communicated effectively.
o Provide structured feedback to clients, assisting them with data re-submissions
or adjustments as required.
3. Policy Design Support
o Support clients by offering insights on effective HR and Payroll policy setups,
aligned with the capabilities of our application.
o Suggest best practices in policy design to help clients maximize their software s
functionality and compliance.
4. Identifying Non-Feasible Items Solution Routing
o Analyze client data to identify any potential non-feasible requirements or
configurations.
o Propose feasible workarounds where possible, helping clients adjust their
requirements to meet implementation standards.
o Escalate non-feasible requests to appropriate teams for further evaluation or
specialized solutions, ensuring clients receive timely responses.
5. Inter-Departmental Collaboration Process Improvement
o Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline data acquisition
workflows, making them efficient and client-centric.
o Engage in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to contribute insights
that improve data acquisition and implementation processes.
6. Ongoing Client Support Satisfaction
o Address any client inquiries related to data acquisition, policy support, and
feasible solutions to ensure a seamless implementation experience.
o Maintain a proactive, client-centered approach, identifying and mitigating
potential challenges early to enhance client satisfaction.
