Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Site Surveyor to join our team. As a Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land and construction sites. Your work will be crucial in providing essential data for planning, design, and construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques, including total stations, levels, GPS, and drones.

* Collect and analyze data to determine precise measurements, elevations, and boundaries.

* Create accurate maps, plans, and reports based on survey data.

* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide necessary information for project development.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

* Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment.

* Research and interpret legal documents, such as deeds and survey records.

* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Site Surveyor or in a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.

* Proficiency in using surveying software and tools.

* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

* Ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and legal documents.
