Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Content Creation: Create engaging content for various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Brand Management: Strengthen and protect the Grew Energy brand through consistent messaging and positioning.
• Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment and synergy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
