Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Utility Department in Bhopal. This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly growing solar industry. The GET will be involved in various aspects of utility operations related to our solar projects, contributing to the efficient and reliable generation and distribution of solar energy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of solar power plant equipment, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, transformers, and switchgear.
• Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Collect and analyse data related to energy generation, consumption, and system efficiency.
• Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, including operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and reports.
• Participate in project implementation and commissioning activities.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in the solar industry.
• Learn about and contribute to grid connection and integration of solar power.
• Support the utility department in other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Civil / Chemical / Electronics Engineering,
• Strong academic record.
• Basic understanding of solar energy systems and components.
• Familiarity with electrical power systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office) is a plus.
