UI Ux Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
2. Wireframing & Prototyping – Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
3. Visual & Interaction Design – Design aesthetically appealing and user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and web applications following modern UI/UX principles.
4. Responsive & Accessible Design – Ensure cross-platform compatibility and accessibility (WCAG standards) for seamless user experiences across devices.
5. Design System & UI Guidelines – Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, UI libraries, and reusable components for consistency across products.
6. Collaboration with Development Teams – Work closely with Full Stack Developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs using React.js, Next.js, or Angular frameworks.
7. Usability Testing & Iteration – Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback to iterate and enhance UI/UX elements based on performance data.
8. Branding & Visual Identity – Maintain brand consistency by aligning UI designs with company branding, typography, color schemes, and iconography.
9. Adobe Creative Suite & Graphics – Design marketing collaterals, illustrations, and interactive visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
10. Documentation & Presentation – Present design concepts, workflows, and user journeys to stakeholders and create documentation for UI/UX guidelines.
