Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing various HR functions such as salary processing, attendance management, recruitment, learning & development, training, and organizing office activities and events. The Candidate will work closely with the Top Management and contribute to building a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salary & Compensation Management:
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing for employees.
• Manage payroll calculations and resolve payroll-related issues.
• Maintain salary records and handle related compliance.
• Attendance & Leave Management:
• Track employee attendance and work hours.
• Manage leave applications and ensure accurate records.
• Monitor and report on employee attendance trends.
• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate the hiring process, including onboarding new employees.
• Learning & Development (L&D):
• Identify training and development needs within the organization.
• Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Employee Engagement & Office Activities:
• Plan and coordinate office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and employee morale through various initiatives.
• Provide support for employee engagement programs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in HR dept.
• Proven experience in salary and attendance management.
• Strong understanding of HR recruitment processes.
• Experience in planning and organizing training programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS).

Education:

• Any Graduate + MBA- HR Complusory.
