Associate Director

Jai Kisan, a leading FinTech innovator redefining financial access for rural India, is looking for an experienced Associate Director of Product Management to join our Bengaluru team. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape our B2C digital product ecosystem as we scale towards new horizons and deliver cutting-edge retail lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the product roadmap, driving the vision and strategy in alignment with Jai Kisan s mission and goals.

Leverage product analytics and customer insights to deliver data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

Drive tech/AI led growth strategies, ensuring impactful engagement, acquisition, and retention initiatives in the retail lending and B2C consumer tech space.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, compliance, finance etc.) to ensure seamless product launches and create success monitoring / customer feedback loops .

Take complete ownership of digital-first go-to-market strategies to amplify growth loops

Build strategic partnerships with social media agencies, influencers, and rural networks brands to drive product growth

Track and analyze campaign performance data, iterating on strategies to improve conversion rates and customer engagement

Build and execute a long term strategy to drive a change in customer behavior towards digital adoption and build brand trust using purely digital ways

Oversee content creation (short / long form videos, articles etc) to drive organic growth and brand engagement

Conduct market and user research to understand the space macros and customer pain points

Experience: 4-10 years of product management experience. 6 years would be a good fit.

Min 4 years of product management experience in consumer tech / B2C

Prior experience in driving GTM for consumer products
