Software Technical Project Manager (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager/Lead with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, project management, and product management.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and stakeholders, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.

- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Ensure that projects adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and best practices, including cybersecurity and data privacy requirements.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Senior Developer with project management responsibilities.

- Strong technical background with atleast 4+ years of experience with proficiency in Python, SQL, JavaScript, Linux, Git, React.js, Docker, Node.js, Unix, GitHub, and cloud services such as Amazon Web Services.

- Experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or related technical domains.

- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

- PMP certification or Master's degree in Project Management is a plus.

- Experience in AI/ML domain is a plus.
