Shift Manager/ Property Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Shall work in different shift on rotation basis.

2. Connect with client & making sure everything is running smooth in case of any operational deviation connecting with respective team leads

3. Co-ordinating with Technical, Security, and Soft Services team leads and ensuring all works are happening as per schedule and standard operating procedures.

4. Shall be responsible to lead, response to any emergency in co-ordination with the ERT team as per the Emergency Response Plan.

5. Shall respond to any emergency related to equipment breakdown effecting service to client on priority as per contingency plan

6. Taking rounds to monitor and confirm that works are happening as per the set procedures and deficiencies if any, shall be highlighted to responsible person, documenting with person responsible to close the deficiencies with timelines.

7. Shall take safety rounds in buildings to identify unsafe condition / act, work permit system and take immediate steps to correct them.

8. Ensure closure of deficiencies with corrective measures to ensure closure and non-repeat of similar deficiencies.

9. Responsible for completing and maintaining all internal documentation and ensure that external outsourced teams documentation is being completed as per set process.

10. Involvement in IMS/BSC/LEED/ESG/Others certifications.

11. Consulting reporting manager for Provision of resources and review of integrated management system at the organizational level.

12. Involvement in Management of Change at site,

13. Involvement in doing Competence, awareness, Training & Education for outsource staff.

14. Involvement in doing Management review meets.

15. Interact with help desks to understand all pending service request and complaints and raised during non-peak hours are attended and closed as per standard process and within time limits as per process.

16. Interact with clients to understand their requirements and attend to same.

17. Involvement in Occupational Health & safety management and wellbeing program.

18. Will be responsible to conduct/ensure tool box talks are happening regularly.

19. Shall accept safety as an important part of his job.

20. Shall ensure every new employee undergoes the safety induction training before starting working in the premises and explain safe working procedures/ensure safe working procedures explained to workmen before start of any work.

21. Shall ensure that necessary personal protective equipment are being used by all in the premises.

22. Will be responsible for compliance to Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management system processes.

23. Shall take charge of the shift with proper documentation, maintain a logbook of work done during the shift and handover the shift with proper documentation of pending tasks.

24. Shall have thorough knowledge of fire protection systems in the premises.

25. Perform any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or Degree in Administration with essential experience. Persons with additional qualification in safety, fire, ISO audits

2. Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi & local language are required. Must have smartness and passion for interacting with multiple stakeholders.

3. Good Presentation skills.

4. At least 7 years of experience in same level
