2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and present SaaS solutions effectively.
3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
5. Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and secure signed agreements.
6. Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with implementation teams and support customer success.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
8. Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain CRM records and generate sales forecasts.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features and industry best practices.
10. Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate internally and ensure satisfaction.
