 The BPO is seeking energetic and committed freshers to join our team as Telecallers for our loan recovery process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional approach to handle customer interactions.

 Key Responsibilities:
Execute outbound calling campaigns for loan recovery and collections
Maintain professional communication with customers regarding pending payments
Document detailed call summaries and update customer information in CRM
Work towards achieving monthly collection targets
