Full Stack Developer - Node.js/Python/React.js (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Holding a B.Tech degree.

- 5-9 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management position.

- In-depth knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js, React.js, Python, or comparable frameworks.

- Proficient in working with database systems like MySQL and MongoDB.

- People who have build product from scratch and developed end to end applications will be preferred.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

- Strong grasp of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.

- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Capability to prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and handle multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibility

- Design, architect, and develop scalable, maintainable solutions for web applications.

- Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Supervise the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.

- Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to align with business goals.

- Address technical debt, resolve performance issues, and tackle any challenges that arise.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and web development best practices.
