Industry - Rebar, FRP (Fiber-reinforced polymer), Composite Materials

Experience - 10+ years relevant experience

Location - Haryana

- Experience of working as a Plant Head.

- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a manufacturing facility's operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability while leading and managing the plant's workforce.

- Conduct regular safety assessments and ensure plant is kept safe and compliant in accordance with various industrial and legal standards

- Ensure that plant operations comply with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO standards).

- Oversee all aspects of the plant, including assembly, quality, maintenance, stores etc.

- Oversee development of production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.

- Establish and maintain stringent quality control procedures.

- Oversee in recruitment, training and development of plant employees.

- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and lead negotiations with workers/unions.

- Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits
