Job Description
- Prepare and confirm daily cash flow in coordination with 20+ units under scheduled time and ensure projected cash flow planning by the unit on a regular basis.
- Ensuring cash flow projections are uploaded for the next two months by the units in FCCS Software on a regular basis.
- Update treasury cashflows receivables like Coupon Interest, ICD/ FD Maturities, and payables like repayments of loans, both Actual and Projected in FCCS software.
- Update actual vs projected cashflows on a regular basis.
- Execute Mutual Funds & other Investments and redemption transactions in 20+ AMCs online or offline. Ensure necessary authorization is done by signatories before the respective cutoff time with banks, AMCs, and the Accounts department.
- Data entry of Purchase, Sale transactions across the Investment category in Credence software on a regular basis.
- Execute and ensure transactions offline in Equity Mutual fund for Retirement Trusts on a regular basis ensuring timely authorization by trustees.
- Execute and ensure Bonds settlements with banks for Retirement Trusts
- Ensuring transactions in respective Mutual fund schemes accounts, opening bank masters online and with the accounts team accordingly. Create any new folio, if required.
- Mutual Fund daily NAV upload and transactions data entry into Credence (Treasury Management Software) on a regular basis.
- Generate accounting entries and share with the Accounts team on a regular basis, updating realized income pertaining to the previous year.
- Documented all Investment related transactions with approval notes and Cash flow on a regular basis.
- Prepare investment transactions for FD, ICD, and others, etc., and ensure related documents and receipts are received.
- Reconciling monthly Investment Outstanding, realize/unrealised profit from credence with the accounts team.
- Treasury Investment Related data from the Group Company update on Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly presentations.
- Reconciling mutual fund units and balances with account statements from AMCs and all monthly statements (Demat & Physical) from respective Entities CAMs, and NSDL.
- Provide data to Auditors and related queries & Quarterly confirmation certificate from the concerned entities.
