Role Overview:

As a Mechanical Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining various mechanical systems, including pumps, blowers, drive systems, compressors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of these systems.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic:
  
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop strategies for improving the performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and best practices in mechanical engineering.
• Operational:
  
• Design and develop mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed projects.
• Perform calculations and simulations to optimize the performance of mechanical systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• People Development:
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: (Minimum Qualification)
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining mechanical systems, including pumps, blowers, drive systems, compressors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
