Sanofi has big plans to become the Go-to employer in Biopharma and you ll play a key role in making this happen by bring ing our brand s story to life . A creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a passion for Employer Branding , you ll elevate our brand s image through impactful visual materials. You ll be part of a diverse team , designing assets that bring our employer brand to life across various platforms and mediums, including brochures, booths, posters, social media graphics, and presentations . This role reports into the Global Content Manager for Employer Brand.

Main responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling and brand-consistent materials, including brochures, posters, booth displays, merchandise and PowerPoint presentations for employer branding initiatives.

• Create social media assets that engage and attract potential talent, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and aesthetics.

• Edit and enhance photos to create professional images for print and digital media.

• Support the development of visual assets for internal and external events, career fairs, and employee engagement activities.

• Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Communications teams to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and deliver high-quality visuals.

• Ensure all materials align with brand standards and are optimized for each medium (print, digital, social media).

Experience:

Experienced Graphic designer with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your work in brand-focused design .

• 4+ years of experience working as Graphic Designer in marketing or branding.

• Experience working in employer branding is a plus

• Hands on with photo editing and basic retouching to maintain a professional and polished look in all visuals.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Power Point is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferably in Graphic Design or related disciplin e .

Languages:

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Proficiency in French, Chinese or German is a plus.
