Sales Presentation Designer - Assistant Manager

Education: Bachelor's Degree or diploma Fine Arts (design / art /animation)

Key Roles

• Experience working with Sales and Pre-sales and Marketing team building customer specific proposal collaterals
• Brainstorming with the Sales and Pre-sales teams to come up with illustration ideas to support the RFXs process from inception to completion
• Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations according to requirements
• Understand each RFX requirement to produce customized illustrations both for print and video
• Refining image design using illustration software
• Develop illustrations styles that match the brand identity
• Creations and periodic enchantment of reusable image bank
• Custom Document template creation for specific RFX and formatting
• Creation of Full-scale animated videos to support sales Opportunities
• Creations and Maintenance of reusable video assets library
• Creation of event based micro sites, Web Banners, web content design, flyers, sales collaterals, etc.
• Understanding Style Guides / Branding / Corporate Designs / Print & Design layouts

Key Skills:

1. Excellent Communications skills writing and speaking (English)
2. Excellent proficiency level in: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop , Premiere pro (Adobe suit), Aftereffect, HTML and Dreamweaver
3. Experience with MS Word and PowerPoint
4. Strong conceptual and artistic skills
5. Time-management skills
6. Positive attitude with the ability to work in and as a team
7. Excellent relationship and networking skills
8. Presentation skills
9. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
