Engineering - Plant Process Maintenance

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks, including breakdown analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems related to process operations.
  
• Develop and implement effective solutions for improving overall plant efficiency.
• Knowledge on Green field projects, utility system, etc..
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in Process Maintenance or a related field (Mechanical Engineering background preferred).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science etc..
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) & ERPs like SAP/Tally.
