Manager-Finance and Accounts-Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining/overview of the day-to-day bookkeeping for various clients having reasonably simple and low volume transitions. This would include:

• Review day-to-day transactions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee reimbursements, etc.
• Preparation of Financial statement along with handling of Audit Queries.
• Processing of daily banking transactions & periodic bank reconciliations and payment processing in bank portal.
• Processing of intercompany transactions & reconciliations.
• Timely maintenance of fixed asset register & related accounting.
• Review of payroll and other related aspects.
• Periodic closure of books of accounts and related reporting
• Timely statutory tax payments (TDS, Eq. Levy) and submission of TDS returns and GST returns.
• Maintaining and proper filing of documents.
• Work closely with seniors to execute client and internal assignments

Desired Profile:

• 8 + years of experience in the finance domain
• Qualified CA
• Working Knowledge of Tally/SAP/Oracle NetSuite/ or any other accounting ERP tool will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS office (Excel/Word and PPT)
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and related rules and regulations.
