Job Description

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Technical Consultant with 6-10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical expertise in HCM modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in reporting, integrations, data migration, and strong communication skills to work effectively in client-facing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and solutions across at least two of the following HCM modules: ORC, BEN, PAYROLL, LEARN, or COMPENSATION .
- Develop and deliver complex BI/OTBI Reports , including advanced features like Bursting for effective reporting solutions.
- Design and implement integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and handle data transformation with HDL (HCM Data Loader) .
- Write and optimize Fast Formulas for modules such as Payroll, Absence, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), and Compensation.
- Execute Data Conversion/Migration using HDL/HSDL tools for Core HR, Talent, ORC, Learn, and other HCM modules.
- Work with APIs and REST calls to enable seamless integrations and system communication.
- Participate in full-cycle implementation or upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Resolve integration failures independently, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring seamless system performance.
- Collaborate with clients in a client-facing role, effectively communicating technical solutions and addressing concerns on a daily basis.
Ensure adherence to systems integration best practices, tools, and architectural patterns for scalable and reliable implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 6-10+ years of hands-on experience as an HCM Technical Consultant.
Modules Expertise: Proficiency in at least two HCM modules - ORC, BEN, PAYROLL, LEARN, or COMPENSATION .
Technical Expertise:

Strong experience in BI/OTBI Reporting , with expertise in concepts like Bursting .
Advanced knowledge of OIC , HDL Transformation , and Fast Formula development.
Hands-on experience in Data Conversion/Migration using HDL/HSDL tools for multiple HCM modules.
Proficiency in working with APIs and REST calls .

Certifications: At least 1-2 active cloud certifications are mandatory.
Projects: Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation or upgrade project , or significant involvement in post-go-live support.
Integration Knowledge: In-depth understanding of systems integration best practices and architectural patterns.
Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and resolve integration failures effectively.
