Consultant- Sales Consulting/Transformation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales transformation initiatives.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
  
• Design and deliver training programs for distributors on product knowledge, selling techniques, and sales best practices.
  
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to high-performing distributors.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Consulting firm/FMCG industry with a focus on sales consultancy or transformation.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  
• Proven track record of developing effective sales strategies that drive revenue improvement.
  
• Strong understanding of GTM Strategy, Channel Excellence, Distributor Management principles.
