Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by helping to manage, automate, and streamline business processes for the IT Governance team, under the guidance of both US based teammates and the Analytics, Sr Assoc based in INDUS. In addition, this role will support the Analytics, Sr Assoc on analytics and reporting using Power BI. In addition to technical skills, the analyst must have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well. A successful candidate will be naturally curious and willing to learn, have a strong technical education/background, strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (i.e. Power Automate and Power Apps), the ability to effectively communicate cross operationally, and possess a strong attention to detail.

1. Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing, automating, and streamlining business processes for IT Governance Offshore team using Microsoft Power Platform and supporting the Senior Associate in Power BI reporting including:

• Manage and automate business processes, providing improvement feedback.
• Support analytics and reporting using Power BI.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for IT and stakeholders.
• Develop business tools, processes, and reports with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ensure seamless processing and support for applications/workflows.
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data and business needs.
• Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and present insights.
• Recommend innovative uses of existing technology to streamline workflows.
• Stay updated on new technologies and suggest automation opportunities.

1. Must have or core skill required:

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps)
• Advanced Microsoft Suite Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced Excel - understanding of pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas
• Microsoft O365 - Teams, SharePoint
• Experience with Visualization Tools
• Power BI preferred; Azure DevOps experience will be a plus

2. Educational background:

• Bachelor s Degree in Business/information systems or a related field

3. Work Experience:

• 3-5 Years experience in no/low code application development and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) require
• Some financial knowledge/education desired
