Technical Support Engineer 2

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, including operating systems (Windows/Mac), applications, and hardware failures.
  
• Handle escalations from Level 1 support and resolve advanced incidents promptly.
  
• Diagnose and fix network connectivity problems, including VPN and LAN/Wi-Fi issues.
  
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Office 365.
  
• Perform software installations, updates, and configurations as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot and maintain enterprise tools such as antivirus, endpoint security, and backup systems.
  
• Log, prioritize, and resolve tickets in the IT ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
  
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with senior engineers or service providers to implement permanent solutions.
  
• Document resolutions and update the knowledge base for future reference.
  
• Assist Level 1 team with technical guidance
  
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams to address complex IT issues.
  
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  
• Provide post-deployment support and ensure smooth transitions for end-users.
  
• Ensure IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, are maintained and updated.
  
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize IT infrastructure.
  
• Candidates with MCSE /CCNA certifications will be preferred
