Key Responsibilities:

- Provide regular reports and insights to the sales and management teams on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and sales cycles.
- Create comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for senior leadership, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in setting sales targets and KPIs based on data analysis.
Sales Strategy Support:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Support the sales team with the development of customer segmentation, targeting, and pricing strategies.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and suggest improvements to streamline workflows.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM systems and tools to improve data tracking and reporting.
- Help in identifying new opportunities for lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist in the coordination of sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches.
Market Research:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends and potential sales opportunities.
