Planning for installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of all plant equipment and
machineries.
Complete knowledge Of DESMA, TANGUE and KNEADER, MIXING MILLS
Preparing plan for preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment and machineries.
Preparing preventive and predictive maintenance check points
Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of equipment and machineries are carried out as per plan.
Preparing check list ( daily / weekly/ monthly ) for routine maintenance of all plant equipment and
Preparing list of important spares of every equipment and machineries, maintaining a minimum
stock level of those spares and other activities related to spare parts inventory management.
Resolving maintenance and operational related problems reported by own and other department personne
Planning to improve work environment in terms of illumination, heat ,dust, fumes, noise drinking water,
water accumulation, leakage and seepage, pollution and other unsafe conditions

Making safe operating procedures/ work instructions for all plant equipment and machineries
Doing annual maintenance contract ( AMC ) for utilities and other important equipment and
machineries and ensure servicing and maintenance is done as per decided frequency.
Break down analysis and taking corrective and preventive action to reduce down time.
Calculation of plant level MTBF and MTTR data and preparing action plan to reduce it on continuous basis.
Planning and execution of plant layout modifications and required fabrications for the same in
consultation with plant head.
Updating History Card of Plant equipment and machineries.
Follow up with equipment and m/c manufactures for trouble shooting, upgradations or
requirements against new project taken up from time to time.
Carrying out activities to reduce maintenance cost on continuous basis.
Energy conservation activities and energy cost control
Maintaining safe and clean work place and adhering to industrial safety rules and regulations
Adoption of GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices ) in maintenance department.
Display of data , documents and signages for Visual control
company.
Breakdown maintenance as per complaint
Performing routine maintenance as per check list
Conduction of preventive and predictive maintenance as per decided frequency
Filling data of breakdown, routine , preventive and predictive maintenance in designated format
Reporting to Plant head about the maintenance related problems
Maintenance of mechanical problems ( Minor ) in utilities
Carrying out all activities related to waterline, air line ,gas line , cooling tower , ducting etc.
Maintenance ( dismantling , repairing , replacements etc ) of all equipment's and machineries
for hydraulic, pneumatic and other mechanical type problems
Issue of consumables and spares from store for maintenance purpose.
Carrying out activities (mechanical,electrical,fabrication, civil etc. )during installation ,
commissioning , maintenance ,servicing and shifting of plant equipment's and machineries.
Carrying out activities to improve plant work environment .
Carrying out all mechanical safety related activities to prevent damages and human injuries.
Maintenance of electrical problems ( minor ) in utilities.
Checking, cleaning and maintenance of all electrical panels of the equipment and machineries.
Troubleshooting of PLC related problems in equipment and machineries
Maintain plant lighting system, AC, fans, exhausts, telephone and networking wiring.
Carrying out all activities related to electrical wiring, wire dressing , cable try laying ,change over etc.

Taking HT meter reading and its analysis.
Electrical load distribution analysis and carrying out activities to avoid penalties and reduce
electricity consumption.
Daily Recording of DG operating hours and calculation of diessel consumption Vs unit generation per lit.
