It is one of the leading company in rubber molding and believe in continuous improvement. Work culture is undoubtedly awesome, colleges work as a family. In short it's one of the best company in terms of job security and work culture.

No tool development team, some times work pressure is quite high, lower education level of workers at shop floor which requires more training for them but even after that result is zero

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
