MIS Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for handling demand, billing, dispatch & transport operations for milk & milk product sales from GNPL Plant

2. Responsible for coordinating with sales & production for demand fulfilment, prepare dispatch/transport sheets on excel for transporters

3. Responsible for following up with sales & distributors on outstanding to ensure timely payment as per credit or advance payment terms

4. Responsible for preparing crate ledger and following up with sales, distributors & transporters for crates return

5. Responsible for preparing shortage & leakage report, transporter deduction sheets, distributor scheme & incentive calculation sheet & monthly ledgers

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have strong experience of min 5-7 years in commercial & MIS function preferably in Dairy, FMCG, telecom or manufacturing industry in a plant environment

2. Should have experience & strong expertise in handling & coordinating with field team for daily sales operations related to demand, payment collection

3. Should be good in doing operational follow up on collection related to payments, crates with sales/distributors and transporters

4. Working knowledge of advanced excel based reporting (VLOOK UP, PIVOT, SUMIF) is MUST

5. Education Qualification: BCom/BBA minimum required
