Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of multiple projects under a unified program. Key Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution:
• Define program objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the program's goals.
• Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively across projects, balancing team workloads and priorities.
• Identify and resolve resource constraints to maintain program timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on program deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track program performance against defined metrics and objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyze program outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks.
• Experience in managing programs.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for performance tracking.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
