Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful execution of multiple projects under a unified program

Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on program deliverables


Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program performance against defined metrics and objectives

Prepare and present detailed status reports to senior management and stakeholders


Process Improvement: Analyze program outcomes to identify areas for improvement

Implement best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications Proven expertise in program and project management methodologies (eg, Agile, Waterfall)


Strong leadership and team management skills


Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities


Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills Certification in Agile frameworks
