GoQuest Media is an independent Global distributor of entertainment content to OTT platforms (Prime Video, DisneyHotstar etc.) and Television Networks around the world. We operate as a globally distributed team with head office in Mumbai, India, and sales operating from Vietnam, Istanbul, CEEand the UK. GoQuest's existing client relationships includes Tier 1 Streamers and channels such as Amazon Prime, DisneyHotstar, SBS, Tencent, Globo Play,Televisa, Voyo, CEEand Tricolor to name a few. GoQuest has exclusive distribution rights for Disney Hotstar Content in the African continent.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The entertainment business is evolving, with increasing demand for cross-border stories like Narcos, Money Heist, and Squid Games, as well as a surge in local original productions by global streamers. This growing demand presents significant opportunities in the SAARC region

- As a Content Sales Executive focused on the SAARC region (primarily India), you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding GoQuest's reach within this growing market.

- Global content producers and distributors are strategically reevaluating APAC as a lucrative avenue for revenue generation, poised to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the region.

What will you be accountable for?

- Generating Revenue

- Licensing of Finished Tapes

- Series - Fiction (8 - 16 Ep Seasons)

- Drama Series - Fiction (40 - 150 Ep/ Multiple Seasons)

- Licensing of Scripted and Unscripted Formats (Remake)

- Series - Fiction (8 - 16 Ep Seasons)

- Drama Series - Fiction (40 - 150 Ep Seasons)

Another 15+ shows in the acquisition pipeline. We also have distribution deals specifically for APAC with catalog owners from Europe, India, Indonesia, LATAM & Turkey

Who Should Apply?

- Those passionate about both the B2B Sales and creative process in the business of entertainment.

- Minimum 5 years/Maximum 10 years of experience. Minimum 3 years of content sales experience. Your personal growth trajectory is however more important than your years of experience.

- Deal-making capabilities. You will eat-sleep-breathe deal-making for licensing and development contracts. It is stressful for some and invigorating for others.

- Approach the sales process with finesse and depth as compared to a commodity sales approach. We reject more content than we agree to distribute.

- Most importantly, a stickler for process and operating guidelines. Process and CRM discipline is of paramount importance to us.

- You have extensive AdSales/ B2B media sales experience.
