Role & responsibilities

Hiring from junior to mid level positions for Good Drop and WineGAI

Drafting job descriptions and posting on relevant platforms.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and referrals.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and external stake holders.

Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracking system.

Recommend and Improvise on existing recruitment tracking system and HR policies

Salary benchmarking and competition analysis in FMCG & Beverage sector

Help organize employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Inputs for the website displaying Organogram and online applications.

Daily and weekly reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Completed or pursuing HR degree or certification/related.

Prior experience in hiring and maintaining trackers and in HR operations is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for HR.

Well versed with MS Office - Excel, Power-point (prepare presentation) and Word.

Candidates from Western line will be preferred.
