Job Description

Strategic Account Growth: Lead and oversee a portfolio of high-impact accounts, identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and generate additional revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and delivering long-term value.
  • Revenue and P&L Focus: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for existing accounts, supporting the organization s overall P&L objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of experienced account managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver client projects, resolve issues promptly, and exceed client expectations.
  • Market and Industry Insight: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to proactively offer growth opportunities to clients.
