Program Manager

Primary function includes End to End Project Management for complex multiple projects from Scoping, Flow and conceptual design to implementation and final delivery.

Work in tandem with Sales and Account management team to understand the high-level requirements. Create, validate and question the proposed estimates and timelines.

Liasoning with clients and internal teams on Scope, Design and Demo of Final product.

Ensure Final product is thoroughly tested before going live.

Responsible for overall inventory, content in platform.

Liaison with product, partnership team to ensure all information uploaded and inventory is available.

Work Product Team on New Product Initiatives and Existing Product enhancements.

Establish and maintain processes to manage and track project deliverables and milestone throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, manage and highlight project issues.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.

Manage all operational task, coordination, reporting, related to projects.

Manage Strategic projects on behalf of management

Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports and circulate to internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor s degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in story-writing and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet peak demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability in problem-solving.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented team environment.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to influence other functions/stakeholders.
