Executive - Customer Care Executives

Key Role Responsibilities:

• The company is currently seeking executives who will assist us in delivering high-quality customer satisfaction by handling issues, follow-up, escalating and resolving issues in a timely fashion.

• He/she would be the primary point of contact for the escalation of acute support delivery experience concerns. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize high-impact customers and address their concerns primarily while documenting all interactions in the CRM, as per department guidelines.

• The ideal candidate should coordinate across all departments to attend to the queries of the company s customers and partners. The executive should regularly communicate with assigned customers and partners. He/she should comply with all privacy and data security policies and practices.

• In addition to the above skill set, the executive should be a quick learner, multi-tasker, and critical thinker, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work well with a team and individually.

• The executive should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• He/she Should be well-versed in English and Hindi language. Knowledge in Bengali, Tamil, and Kannada Telugu language will be an added advantage.
