We are looking for field sales role (Business Development Officer-Gold Loan Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Increase fresh leads through field sales.
- Identify fresh opportunities to expand the customer base and enhance revenue.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Developing marketing plans and achieve monthly sales target.
- Cross selling of third-party products and group products to Gold Loan customers.
- Conduct branch catchment development activities and generate customer leads and converting them to NCA.
Salary:
Max 2.8lpa
Variable:
Unlimited Incentive, PF & ESI
