About Training Manager:
- We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Sales in directing daily business operations.
- The job of the V.P Sales is a pivotal piece in propagating GoKhana's offering to various Startups.
- This role requires planning, strategizing & executing winning strategies to build a strong sales pipeline and close sales.
- The KRs for the job is revenue generation and gaining market leadership in B2B space.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the top line of the business.
- He/she will be responsible for driving corporate client acquisitions, revenue targets and also do strategic tie-ups leading to faster conversion.
- The role requires a capable and driven individual to learn industry best practices, deploy an analytical and data-driven approach to building partnerships, and be a natural relationship manager.
- Gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial partnerships with start-ups and corporates.
- Negotiate and close contracts with large Clients.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Conducting sales forecasts and determining monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Perform in-depth research in identifying new Clients and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team in developing promotional ideas and materials.
- Staying up-to-date with the changes and developments in the Sales industry.
- Prepare KPI reports for the Business Heads and Sales Team, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Work collaboratively across teams including Product, Supply and Operations.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed institution.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Head, National Head Sales.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
- Comfortable and willing to travel as needed.
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to forecast no/trends with high precision.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid client service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
