Asst/Deputy Manager - HR

Required Candidate profile

1. MSW- HR/IR or MBA with 6-10 hands on exp in Apparel/Garment Industry.

2. Should have proficiency in Kannada both to read/write/speak and well versed with factory HR.

3. Proficiency with computers, especially in MS Office

Job description

1. HR, ER/IR Management

1 To Manage end to end HR functions for the apparel manufacturing unit.

2. Drive key HR processes like Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc

3. Oversee time office, attendance, absenteeism, leave management

4. Process Pay Roll, PF, ESI and statutory deductions & payments

5. Ensure compliance under Factory Act, PF, ESI, Labour, PT and other statutory matters.

Statutory/Social Compliance.

1. Maintain & update various documents & records, submission of periodical returns under Factory Act, PF, ESI and other labour legislations

2. Liaison with Factory Inspectorate, Labour Dept, PF, ESI and other Govt/Statutory departments.

3. Licensing, Approval and Renewal of various statutory requirements.

4. Ensure Statutory /Social compliance, their records and documentation.

5. Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standards

General Administration

1. Over see general admin functions like transport, canteen, security, house keeping services

2. Payment of utility Bills. Maintenance and service agreements and essential services.
