Manager / Senior Manager - Treasury

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure overall funding and manage the liquidity of the company. Negotiate with banks on various terms and conditions including covenants on the sanction. Finalize the execution documents for availing the working capital finance and other facilities.
• Manage and enhance bank relationships. Ensure adherence to regulatory compliances in the fund dealings and structuring of finance. Generate MIS of treasury and bank operations for various reviews by the management.
• Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (as applicable). Foreign exchange risk management and mitigation strategies. Analyze various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
• Setting up fund-based limits CC Term Loan and ECB and Non fund-based limits BG, LC, from banks. Coordinate with the banks for working capital facilities / debt facilities management.
• Preparing forex, banking status and report to the management. Liaising with senior management. Work closely with the VP Finance / CFO and ensure risk and compliance.
• Team management. Supporting the month end process where necessary.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience managing a Treasury Function. Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments.

Sound understanding of accounting principles, Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
